Jalen Dalcourt has entered the transfer portal

After one year with San Jose State, junior guard Jalen Dalcourt has entered the transfer portal.

After a constructive conversation with my coaches, family and loved ones I have decided to enter into the transfer portal. I want to thank San Jose and all the supporters for the love they have shown my one year and I will never forget y’all. 2 out

Dalcourt made a great first impression in his Spartan debut with a 23-point performance against Boise State on Jan. 2.

He appeared in 15 games for the Spartans including nine starts. He finished third on the team in average points per game with 9.6, and fourth on the team in 3-pointers made with 28.

This will be Dalcourt’s fourth school in four years as he has transferred following each season of his college career since graduating from Lafayette high school in Lafayette, La. in 2019.
