Tre Walker and Bailey Gaither are headed to the NFL

San Jose State football is sending two more of its players to an NFL roster this year.

Wide receivers Tre Walker and Bailey Gaither were picked up by the Buffalo Bills and the Green Bay Packers, respectively, as undrafted free agents.

Walker is headed to the Bills with 178 career receptions,674 yards and 11 touchdowns after four years as a Spartan. 

Walker is just one of six Spartans to record 1,000 receiving yards in a single season. He had 79 receptions for 1,161 yards in the 2019 season, where he was also named a First-team All-Mountain West selection.

Bailey Gaither leaves for Green Bay after six seasons as a Spartan. 
He also had his best season in 2019, where he had 52 receptions for 812 yards and was a first-team All-Mountain West selection. He set a school record in 2019 with six consecutive games with a touchdown reception
