San Jose State basketball player Ralph Agee has won the Mountain West Player of the Week award, the conference announced Monday.
Agee is the first Spartan to win the award since Brandon Clarke for the week of Feb. 13, 2017.
The senior averaged 18.5 points and nine rebounds a game last week in SJSU’s series sweep against Air Force, including a 22 point, 14 rebound effort on Saturday that extended the Spartans’ win streak to three.
SJSU and Agee will look to take their momentum to Viejas Arena on Feb. 8 when they face Mountain West powerhouse San Diego State in a two-game tilt.
