SJSU women’s basketball will take on Cal State Fullerton tomorrow after adding some new records to the books.

The Spartans ( 4-4, 0-0 MW) have recently had a recent 94-point win setting a winning margin record against Bethesda.

Meanwhile, the Titans ( 2-3, 0-0 BW ) lost their recent game against Georgetown in a 65-55 loss. The team struggled with turnovers and defensive lapses, allowing Georgetown to take the lead on scoring opportunities.

Key players like Ransom Kelsey and Cowan Alex were unable to catch up to the Georgetown Hoyas. The team faced challenges in three-point attempts, contributing to their overall performance issues.

In its last match, SJSU secured a victory against Bethesda 122-28, showing its perseverance and ability to come back stronger after their loss against Winthrop 56-49. The team is looking to add to their wins to keep their momentum this season.

The team’s success this season depends on the standout players on SJSU’s roster

Sophomore Sabrina Ma had a career-high 31 points and knocked down a career-high seven three-pointers when they won against Bethesda during the first game back home. Junior Amhyia Moreland scored her first career double-double. Freshman Sydni Summers contributed a double-double to her early in the game with 13 points and a career-high 10 assists off the bench.

SJSU women’s basketball will take on Cal State Fullerton at the Titan Gym tomorrow at 7:00 p.m.
